The Kaiser option is an HMO with a $800 individual deductible and a $1,600 family deductible (in-network). This plan includes no-cost preventive care and a $10 generic prescription drug copay after a $25 prescription deductible.

Highmark BCBS Silver Plan

The Silver Plan is a PPO. The plan has a $800 individual deductible and $1,600 family deductible in-network.

Highmark BCBS Gold Plan

The Gold Plan (formerly the High Deductible Health Plan) is a HDHP and PPO Plan. Enrollment in this plan allows for participation in the Health Savings Account. The Gold Plan has a $1,650 for an individual and $3,300 for a family.

Highmark BCBS Platinum Plan

The Platinum Plan is a High Deductible Health plan and PPO. Enrollment in this plan allows for participation in the Health Savings Account. The Platinum Plan has a $3,000 individual deductible and a $6,000 family deductible (in-network).
